"Flexible, but could be easier"
Not gonna lie, I really like that I can pause when I need to, but figuring out how to change the dates took me a little while to find.

"I really like the idea of the book..."
I really like the idea of the book club, but using the website on my phone was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, and I kept having to tap around way too much just to find basic info about how it all works.
The mobile layout felt cramped, the menu wasn’t very clear, and checkout was more confusing than it should’ve been. I feel like I’ve run into this kind of thing before with sites like this, and it gets tiring. It’s not the worst experience, but it definitely needs some fixing

"Really solid book picks"
I’ve been really enjoying the selections so far. They’re usually a little different from what I’d normally choose on my own, which makes it more fun. Not every pick is a perfect match for me, but even then I usually find something interesting in it.

"Found books I probably wouldn’t have picked on my own"
I wasn’t sure what to expect, and yeah, I know I could’ve just picked books myself, but the choices were actually really good. I ended up finding a few new favorites that I wouldn’t have even looked at otherwise.

"Decent books, but the price feels a little high"
The books are nice, and I’m not saying they’re bad or anything, but for what they cost, I expected a bit more. They’re okay overall, just a little pricey in my opinion.

"Not exactly a grand unboxing moment"
The book itself arrived in good shape, so at least the main character made it through the journey. The packaging, though, was underwhelming, plain, a little rushed-looking, and the box was slightly bent. For a book club order, I was expecting something that felt a bit more thoughtful. Not a disaster by any means, just not the charming little “treat yourself” experience I thought it might be

"Billing was fine, cancellation took a bit"
The billing was clear every month, so no complaints there. I canceled after my last box, and while it took me a minute to find where to do it, it worked fine once I got there. hiding the cancel option a bit is kind of ridiculous, but the process itself was okay...

I got this as a gift for my sister, and she really liked it. It did arrive a bit later than expected, which was a little frustrating, but to be fair, the item itself was nice and made her happy in the end
